What happens at my first appointment?
Your appointment will begin with a relaxed consultation where we’ll chat about what you’d like to improve, your medical history and the options that may suit you. I’ll explain everything clearly, answer any questions and make sure you’re completely happy before we go ahead with any treatment.
Are there services specifically designed for men?
Yes. We offer treatments specifically suited to male skin, including our Men’s Skin Reset. Treatments are tailored to individual skin concerns and goals, so every client receives an approach that feels right for them.
Is this clinic suitable for a relaxing experience?
Absolutely. Saving Face is a calm, private clinic where appointments are never rushed. The space has been designed to feel relaxed and welcoming, giving you time to switch off, ask questions and enjoy your treatment in comfort.
What amenities are available at the clinic?
For your comfort, the clinic has a private bathroom, complimentary hot and cold drinks, heating and air conditioning. Parking is available nearby and the clinic is also accessible by public transport, making your visit as easy and comfortable as possible.
What if I’m not sure which treatment I need?
That’s absolutely fine. You don’t need to know exactly what to book before you come in. We can talk through your concerns, what you’d like to achieve and the options available, then decide together what feels right for you — with no pressure to have treatment.
